The Brazilian star Extends Apology to The Madrid Club Devotees

The attacker has registered 5 finishes in 10 domestic competition appearances so far this term.

Los Merengues attacker Vinicius Jr has apologised to fans for his conduct when taken off in the recent heated Clasico clash victory.

The Brazilian was replaced in the second half and displayed his frustration by heading directly to the dressing room.

Vinicius later returned to the dugout and, following his club's 2-1 win, attempted to approach Barça's opposing player during unsavoury after the game incidents.

"Today I want to express regret to all the supporters for my reaction when I was taken off in the Clasico," the player posted on his account.

"Similarly to I have said in person during today's practice, I also want to apologise again to my team-mates, the team, and the leadership.

"At times passion takes over me because I continuously aim to succeed and assist my team. My winning mentality stems from the passion I have for this team and everything it symbolizes."

Vinicius joined Real from Brazil in recent years for a significant fee and has scored 111 goals in 335 appearances.

But his career in the Madrid is unclear with rumors in the past few months stating that the club would think about allowing the player leave if they were to receive a good proposal.

When the winger was substituted on the match day, cameras from broadcaster the service captured him saying: "Always me! I'm departing the side! It's preferable if I depart, I'm moving on."

In his new statement on social media, he stated: "I promise to keep striving constantly for the benefit of the club, as I have acted since the first day."
